The Problem
The product had multiple advanced features such as project management, AI chat, agents, data library, activity feed, and file-based knowledge interaction. The main challenge was to organize these features in a way that users could understand easily without feeling overwhelmed.
On mobile, some layouts and action areas were difficult to scan and use. The interface needed better structure, spacing, responsive behavior, and clearer navigation between workspace, projects, agents, and chat.
The Solution
I improved the product experience by creating a cleaner workspace structure, organizing project and agent areas, improving visual hierarchy, and refining responsive layouts. The dashboard was designed to help users quickly access projects, view activity, create agents, and continue conversations.
For mobile, I focused on simplified content order, better spacing, readable cards, clear action buttons, and a more usable flow from workspace to agent/chat actions.

What I Learned
- Complex AI products need very clear navigation and content grouping.
- Users should understand the main action within the first few seconds.
- Mobile layout needs a separate UX approach, not just a smaller desktop version.
- Agent-based products need strong visual hierarchy so users can understand what each agent or project does.
- A good dashboard should balance information density with simplicity.
